Pearson Performing Arts BTEC Level 1 & 2 - Component 1
A unique package to help meet learning aims A & B

What makes us unique?
In addition to our performance and workshops, we provide password protected, on-line access for the students for a period up to 7 months, where they can research and book ‘live email chats’ to help them answer the following questions: the creative intentions; the roles and responsibilities of those involved; how we work with our cast; the process of devising, developing, rehearsing and performing; the relationship that ‘interactive theatre’ has with its audience. The full video is available as part of the Gold Package, on a link which lasts for the duration of the cohort.

Following the performance of 'Linked', the cast delivered a Q & A session and practical workshop

Later in the year, the same students contributed to the research for our next production 'Friend' - through a discussion and practical drama workshop

Drama Exam Packages

The following packages can be linked to any of the productions in our repertoire at the time of booking.
Current shows are ‘Linked’ – a play about internet safety and ‘Friend’ – a play about gangs and the choices we make. The shows are interactive, last under and hour, and come with a Q & A from the cast, information sheet and suggestions for follow up work as part of the BTEC offer.

For more information regarding details and costs of our tailor-made packages (we can mix-and-match to suit your needs) just get in touch.
Tip: A good way to share the cost, is to have the show itself performed for an entire year group. Our shows are suitable for all ages … let us perform for your year 9s for example, and invite your drama groups to sit in! Schools often split the cost between Safeguarding, Pastoral, Drama, PSHE …. Get in touch and we will help you plan!
