Sharon worked with our drama department throughout the school year 2016-2017. Her expertise and skill were clear form the very start. She is astute and works with teachers in a collaborative manner which enables them to reflect on their practice, consider new approaches and then embed these for the future.
Sharon made a real difference to our drama department through having the confidence of our teachers and providing leaders with the understanding and guidance needed to deliver improvements. We look forward to continuing to work with Sharon in the future.

'Sharon was a pleasure to work with. She created an environment where I felt comfortable to discuss my aims, successes and failings in a non-judgemental manner. Sharon is not an academic philosopher who will fill you up with rhetoric and leave you scratching your head. Instead you feel confident that Sharon is someone who has been there, done and worn the t-shirt. I felt totally confident in her methods and worked collaboratively in producing a vision and development plan for my department that has now been seen by SLT and approved. I would definitely recommend.'

Sharon’s contributions to the teacher training programme have been invaluable. The students thoroughly enjoyed her practical, grounded and interactive style and even more learnt from her sessions! Sharon has high standards of professional practice and a deep understanding of education; these are golden threads which run through her training. Her presentations are always informative and interesting. We have been lucky enough to also use Sharon as a facilitator on whole school CPD. She was fantastic her session on lesson observations changed many perceptions as we delved into what makes an outstanding lesson.

Throughout the school year 2016/17 Sharon worked with both our staff and students and made a real impact.
Sharon has had a significant input to the work of our “Innovators” group, which is made up of staff exploring and creating new approaches to teaching and learning within our school. She provided expertise and drive to bring about some exciting and genuine “make a difference” strategies to the school. Confidence gained by the “Innovators” through her tutelage allowed our staff to deliver this work right across the school with some stunning results.
Sharon also worked with our GCSE Drama students. Through her facilitation, the students developed resilience and confidence, feeling comfortable to take risks and experiment with different skills. She created a strong environment of trust and collaboration which in turn secured progress.
