Programme focus:  Learning Talk – questioning and collaborative learning as a key to rapid progress for all

​SLT: Develop a holistic approach to this aspect of teaching and learning – support with designing and implementing paperwork and documentation for a consistent approach to lesson planning, observation and monitoring.  

Middle Leaders: Observing learning talk in the classroom – how to observe / what it looks like.  Supporting teachers in planning and delivering a learning classroom.  Coaching and mentoring teachers who are not delivering effectively.

Teaching staff: Personalised, departmental and/or whole staff sessions in:
Questioning; planning for questioning (short, medium and long term); collaborative learning activities; planning for progress; understanding how learning talk can positively impact the learning classroom.

​ Individual and personalised coaching programme. Consists of diagnostic day (meeting, observation and perusal of documentation as necessary); creation of agreed coaching programme with outcomes; up to 4 coaching sessions.
